Headway Cardiff is always in need of volunteers. Without the 20 strong team of volunteers we currently have, we would be unable to provide the number of services that we do.

If you are able to spare a few hours a week on a regular basis, then we would love to hear from you.

Some of the things we need help with are:

• Volunteer support worker in the day centre - which may involve, making refreshments and washing up, facilitating activities, offering support to individuals
  
• Tin collections, usually at supermarkets
  
• Selling raffle tickets
  
• Helping at fundraising events, such as the Summer Fayre
  
• Sourcing raffle prizes from individuals and businesses
  
• Our fundraising committee is always looking for new members
